Trip to the Scary Store

I'm happy to report that my subtle hints to Steph have paid off. She has finally allowed me to use the computer, and she apologized for not bringing me camping. I have so much to catch you up on! I'll start you out with a recent shopping trip I took with Jodi and Steph to a local antique mall. At first I thought, brilliant, I should enjoy something like that.....it actually turned into a terrifying ordeal.

It started out innocently enough. Just looking at crafty things.

Looking for the right chair. This one is too big. just right for Steph though.

Blimey! It's Uncle Waldo from Aristocats! Looks like he's the sheriff now in these here parts.

I was "beary" pleased to meet this fellow. Haha. I am so funny.

Stole a smooch from this little cutie. Her fellow was not happy..

Tried another chair. Better size, but no back rest.

Things started to get a little creepy. Started to experience some regret in coming along.

Holy mackerel! What is wrong with this baby?

Holy *?!**#?)#! *GET HER OFF ME*

The baby. is. looking. at. me.

Blast it! He ate the the little girl in the red dress! Now he's eying me....

I narrowly escaped by hiding under this hat. Here I am *cautiously* peeking out to see if it's safe yet.

Terror. Absolute terror.

Pretty sure these guys auditioned for the part of Chucky in Child's Play. That movie was quite terrifying.

This looks like something from a Stephen King book.

This frightened me as well. Don't you remember the creepy music? la la lalalala...la la la la la.........Sometimes, at night, I still hear it in my head.

Bloody h*ll, it's a medieval torture device!

Well, that was certainly the scariest shopping experience I have ever had. Do people actually buy that stuff? What do they do with it? Take it home to terrify the grandkids?

On a positive note, the best thing from the trip was that we rescued this adorable little guy from the Shop of Horrors. Pigwidgeon (aka "Pig") pleaded with us to take him home, and how could we say no to this delightful little face?

It's not blooming likely that you'll drag me back there again. I suppose I will need to go occasionally to rescue poor innocent souls like Pig.

Hopefully I'll have another post up in a jiffy!

Ta ta!

P

All By Myself...

So I have been at Steph's now for quite some time...as you can see I have not gotten a post up lately. The main reason being she won't let me on her computer! I also seemed to have misplaced my camera so once I find that I will be able to put up all the fun and crazy pictures from when we went to the antique store!
I found out this morning that the girls went camping...and didn't even take me along! I kind of understand that Jodi couldn't really break into her sister's house to get me and take me along, but what's Steph's excuse for leaving me here on such a beautiful weekend? Luckily Sunshine Bear, Crocky, Froggie and I got to have a little fun ourselves. I would have taken many pictures for you if I could only find my bloody camera!
Since I am currently giving Steph the silent treatment, I will relay a message to her on here. Help me find my camera and let me on the computer! Oh and I'm hungry, could you set some deer meat outside the bedroom door for me? Thanks!
Everyone enjoy this beautiful weather we are finally having!
Cheerio!

Mother's Day

Happy Tuesday everyone!

This morning was a little rough...

Hope everyone had a lovely Mother's Day Weekend, I know I did. Last week Steph, Jodi, and I went shopping for Mother's Day. I was excited because it had been a while since I'd been out of the house. They also said they needed my opinion on what to get her because I always give the best gifts!

I wanted to drive, but Jodi told me that would not be prudent...

I think we need to trade in The Dog for this one, he's much more fun!

She thinks my tractor's sexyyyy

The girls were taking forever, so I decided to stop and rest.

It took a while, but once the girls noticed I was missing they found me pretty fast in this dreary colored "garden"

I was pretty knackered after leaving that weird stone garden, so I took a little cat nap in Steph's purse.

What's this?

Dinner?

Why, hello there little birdie.

Ow...not exactly what I thought...

I feared a mutiny was being formed while Steph was in the library. Jodi and I put a stop to it by doing the only thing we could do...eat them.

Mother's Day finally arrived and we began the preparations for lunch.

I was checking to make sure these were done.

The girls kept saying it's only been 5 minutes but I'm not sure if they were just lying to me.

I went ahead and placed the food on the table since I make the perfect pot holder!

After lunch and the scrumptious fruit dessert, I was tuckered out! Jodi was nice enough to cover me with a blanket...wait a bloody minute! That's a napkin!

That's it for Mother's Day! We all hung out for a bit after that, gave their mom her gifts, which she loved, but she did forget to thank me, too...

I am chuffed to bits about this next week and half! Jodi is staying the night A LOT to keep Steph company. I hear Tasha will be joining us too but she has yet to make an appearance! Jodi, Steph and I went to an antique shop yesterday and walked around for a little, I'll have some pictures up soon of that adventure! I'm sure there will be many more to come over the next 2 weeks! So stay tuned.

That's all I have for now, enjoy this partially sunny day, expect some thunderstorms later though, I've been watching the weather.

Cheerio!
