Update on my travels

I remembered that I wanted to share with you about the trip I took to Pittsburgh last year. This is long overdue, but it was such a jolly time!

I was all ready to set off……..

But Nick had other ideas as to where I had to sit for the trip.

I was just trying to assist Nick on directions. He seemed to think me more of a hinderance. He says my sense of direction is no better than Steph’s. Oi! She can’t find her way out of a paper bag!

Upon arriving in Pittsburgh, one of the first things we did was stroll through the Alleghany Cemetary. I was chuffed to bits to find it full of wildlife……

But Steph wouldn’t permit me to hunt. It’s a cemetary, she said. It wouldn’t be “prudent”. So I had to settle for human cooked food. Blah. Although….. it was a delightful cookie

I wanted popcorn. Alas, I was quite perturbed (but not surprised) to find………Steph ate it all before I could get even a nibble.

One evening when Steph and Nick went out, I stayed in to watch a movie. I love this gal.

We drove up Mount Washington in Pittsburgh, which is known for its amazing scenic views. This statue is called “Point of View”. It depicts George Washington and Guyasuta of the Seneca Tribe. They were allies, and later enemies, during the French and Indian War, though they met 17 years later and parted on friendly terms.
It’s a bit like my relationship with Sponge Bob. At first I thought, oh we’ll be jolly pals. But alas, he is my enemy. I hope to reconcile before he passes on. Which I am sure will be before me. hahahahahahahaha. Ahem. Pardon my gloating.

Well that was my great trip to Pittsburgh! I hope to go back soon, as it was a very enjoyable time.

Anything Cold and Wet

My mate here, Charles, must be barmy! His feet have GOT to be freezing!

It is that time of the year again where I have become contained indoors the majority of the season. I am not sure what I would do without my scarves to keep me warm. Dupree asked me to help him make a snowoman...I told him he has to be bladdered to think I am going out there in this weather! The wonderful thing about this time of the year is the Holidays! Christmas is just around the corner and I am bloody excited to get that Apple iPad I have been wanting...*ahem*

At a later date I will be listing all the things I enjoy about this time of the year. For now though I will have to put up my Christmas Wish List for Santa and all those who love me enough to possibly buy me something.

1. Twilight Saga: Eclipse

2. This scarf-looks great with my pink fur.

3. Apple iPad

4. Wii-preferably the black

It gets quite boring being inside all the time.

5. A workout trampoline...I tend to be too lazy in the winter. I have to stay in shape for spring!

6. Anti-Gravity Jumping Boots...That's right.
7. Pocket knife for hunting
8. Hot tub for cold winter nights

9. A pony...that I shall name Phineas

10. Take target shooting lessons...just in case my pocket knife fails me

So there you have it folks! If I think of more I will inform you immediately! I hope you all have a luvvly-jubbly day!

Happy Thanksgiving!

So I am sitting here in Steph's room surfing the internet when I discovered today is Thanksgiving. So why am I sitting on a dresser at Steph's all by myself, you ask? Well because someone, we won't mention names...though it should be quite obvious, forgot all about me. So while the whole family is enjoying their turkey and Pearl's mashed potatoes, I am here. With Sunshine Bear. And a horse.

Things I am thankful for:

1. Alice Cullen, my love

2. Two wonderful sisters who provide warm shelter

3. Deer

4. Sleepovers with the girls when Nick is on business trips

5. All my buds at Jodi's house

6. Sunshine Bear

7. Scarves

8. Sneaking into the cubboard for a nip of scotch

I hope you all have something you are thankful for on this fine Thanksgiving Day. Let us not take for granted all our blessings in life...such as when your friend takes you to feast with the family. That is something to be thankful for...

One Year

Blimey! I cannot believe I almost forgot that Thursday was my one year anniversary for starting this amazing blog! I would like to give a shout out to my two lovelies, Steph and Jodi, and to Tasha who has been so patient with those two and their quirkiness. And, of course, all my faithful followers!

Oh and my one and only, Alice.

If you recall a while back I went to visit Jodi at work, which I swore I would never do again. Well, lo and behold, she somehow managed to convince me to visit once again. This time was not as dreadful as the first. Maybe it is because I have been stuck inside Steph's house for months on end and needed to get out, or maybe it is because I did not have to actually work this time. Whatever the reasoning, here are the happenings of that day.

I was merely peeking in Jodi's cup to see what she was drinking, when Ellie and Jodi thought it would be funny to take a little kodak moment.
Every Friday this office has mini cupcakes?! I need to visit more often!

I tried hiding when I heard Jodi call my name.
I thought she was going to put me to work.

I was right...I need to stick to the small vacuum.

I tried once more to hide, but to no avail. I think this crazy lil' fellow here gave away my hiding spot.

Ellie thought it would be hilarious to tape up my nose like hers. I found it preposterous, but I allowed it.

At least I will be leaving here with a few new friends and a Dum Dum...I mean the sucker.

So there you have it! That day, I realized it is not so bad going to work with Jodi. I still prefer to spend my time more wisely...like hunting or sleeping.

So tomorrow should be a bloody blast! Steph is having Jodi, Tasha, and I over for a nice little Halloween/Autumn party. Jodi told me all the foods, drinks, and snacks we will be having and it sounds positively delightful! I was told we will possibly be watching New Moon, so that right there is what made my decision to grace them with my presence. Be prepared for many pictures of a fun night!

Blimey, it's been a long time! My summer has flown by and it suddenly came to me that I've been doing a sad job on this blog! Heavens, I didn't even tell you about my amazing movie night with the girls! Eclipse was jolly good! Here are some pics of the night. You'll see it was a smashing time!

First off, excellent news. Tasha is home!! I missed this sweetheart.

This lass is JoEllen. She is a Twilight fan, so I accepted her at once. And, obviously, she loved me immediately.

These girls think they always needs snacks. Hurry along now!

We had some time to kill while waiting. I am an excellent shot. I prefer chasing my prey, but it's always good to have options.This is Big Yellow. He was in line for the movie too. He always has that stupid grin on his face.

There aren't a lot of seating options for small panthers. I can't imagine where Big Yellow sat.

Isn't that barmy?!? 2011. It might as well be light years away! How can I ever wait that long? And...it's coming out in two movies, so that means the last one won't be until 2012! I will console myself somehow. Steph and Jodi are psyched about HP The Deathly Hallows. But that's not really my cup of tea. I guess I'll have to find a hobby. Take up knitting or something.
